A friend sent me a link to this amazing Plug-In that adds guides, columns and midpoints in Photoshop MUCH easier and faster than by hand. I personally spend a lot of time building files for print in Photoshop so it saves me a ton of time and is definitely a feature Photoshop should’ve had before!

After many hours spent meticulously nudging nav elements and building grids for layout in web comps, I began to wonder why Photoshop didn’t have a grid tool like InDesign. At a certain point I decided to stop thinking about it and just build a tool to do it for me.

It’s called GuideGuide (available here) and it was built by Cameron McEfee.
