While making my a list of things I’d like to accomplish for 2010, I find myself making pictograms and lists of how I can get to where I want to be. I love this venn diagram by Bud Caddell about where happiness lies: in the hooray!

I think there’s always a balance of what we know, what we need to learn and what we get paid to do. It’s hard to reach hooray, but when you do, you realize how great your job can be.
