I saw a commercial late last night for this and about fell off the couch. WHY DIDN’T ANYONE THINK OF THIS SOONER?!
Purex has developed a single sheet laundry detergent, softener and anti-static sheet ALL IN ONE. As in, you put the sheet in when you wash your clothes then carry the sheet over when you dry them and it does all the work for you. I’m truly impressed and pleased (I’m so bad at laundry!) and I can’t help but turn it into a design related thought that great product development and design comes when people say “Why didn’t I think of that?” I will be first in line to buy a nice large stack of these.

I don’t know why, but the laundy sheet reminded me of Towelie from South Park. Upon looking him up I discovered the two look nothing alike….perhaps it’s the blue color that made me think that.

i think these are genius. i thought about them for at least a half hour after i saw the commercial. i might even go to a laundry mat now.
