MINE™, a studio out of San Francisco, was kind enough to email us to share a project of theirs. MINE™ commissioned artist/illustrator Yulia Brodskaya to create this stunning poster for the 2010 Stern Grove Festival (a free annual festival in San Fransisco).
Yulia creates her illustrations and typography with paper, standing it on end, to create linework, color and depth. The skill and intricacy of the work is simply fantastic. Take a few minutes and see more of her work at www.artyulia.com. You won’t regret it.

Special thanks to Christopher at MINE™ for giving us a heads up on this great work.

I think my favorite part of her work, besides the detail, is that you can see the colors bounce off each other and create an ‘aura’ on the background, or on the other piece. light and color play. so beautiful.
