Bobby Solomon started an on-going project called The Desktop Wallpaper Project and has been posting new desktops every Wednesday for quite some time now. He started the project by writing to all of his favorite artists and designers and asking them to contribute a wallpaper. What he has now is an amazing collection of well-designed and clever backgrounds formated for any screen size and even the iphone. Check out his blog, Kitsune Noir, for the wallpaper project, downloadable mixtapes and other fun stuff.
